Corporate spirituality

For a long time, energy medicine has been largely associated with spiritual communities, but that’s not where my focus lies. My passion is in working with the business community, with leaders, and within government spaces—bringing advanced energy technologies into environments that are often disconnected from these concepts.

There are aspects of energy-based practices that have already made their way into mainstream conversations. Yoga, meditation, acupuncture, and even Reiki are now widely accepted, with many professionals incorporating them into their well-being routines. Qigong has existed for centuries and is now acknowledged in scientific and wellness circles for its ability to cultivate energy and resilience. Even sound therapy is becoming more prevalent, with medical research exploring its applications in healthcare settings, and progressive companies incorporating it into staff wellness days and large group gatherings.

Beyond these, breathwork is also gaining traction, particularly in large events, retreats, and among corporate professionals who are independently exploring personal development. These practices have become more accessible and accepted—but when it comes to energy medicine, we’re entering a space that is still not widely understood, much less integrated into professional environments.

The Science Behind Energy Medicine in Leadership

One of the most common barriers to integrating energy medicine in professional spaces is the perception that it lacks scientific grounding. However, research into biofield energy, neuroplasticity, and quantum mechanics is increasingly supporting the idea that energy-based practices can influence human cognition, stress levels, and performance. Forward-thinking companies are beginning to explore these connections, just as they once did with mindfulness and meditation, which are now widely accepted in business settings.

Where the Conversation Gets Interesting

The moment something becomes unfamiliar is often the exact moment where we need to start the conversation. When people don’t immediately understand a concept, their instinct is to dismiss it—especially when terms like energy medicine, distant healing, or expanded consciousness are introduced. But what if we approached this differently?

Instead of requiring immediate understanding, what if we approached energy medicine like an experiment? Rather than feeling pressure to grasp the entire framework, someone might say: “I don’t fully understand this, but I like the idea of the outcomes. I’m open to trying it, tracking how I feel, and documenting any shifts I notice.” This shifts energy medicine from an abstract concept into a practical, measurable experience—one that professionals can engage with based on real-world results rather than belief. And this is where it gets exciting.

Elevating Problem-Solving with Energy Medicine

One of the most profound shifts that happens when working with Umana Technique© is the way it elevates problem-solving. Imagine you are climbing a mountain.

When you’re halfway up, your perspective is incredibly limited. You can only see what’s directly in front of you. If you turn slightly, you might glimpse a bit of the path below, but visibility is poor, and you’re making decisions based on restricted information. Now, imagine instead that you are standing at the peak. From this vantage point, you have full visibility—360 degrees in every direction. You can see all the pathways leading down, the entire landscape surrounding you, and even what lies beyond the mountain itself. You are no longer guessing your next move based on a narrow view—you can now see all available options and choose with complete clarity. This is what working with Umana Technique© feels like. Your decision-making becomes radically different because suddenly, you have access to so much more information. Your ability to problem-solve transforms because you’re no longer reacting to immediate obstacles—you’re seeing the whole picture and strategically navigating with foresight.

Clarity

The Power of Clarity: Seeing for the First Time

Before experiencing Umana Technique©, it’s as if you’re in a room filled with fog—you sense what’s around you, but your vision is blurred. Then, suddenly, a strong wind clears the fog, and you see everything in perfect detail. Every corner is illuminated, and you just know what to do. This kind of clarity is difficult to explain because it’s something that must be experienced firsthand. It’s not about acquiring more knowledge or accumulating facts—it’s about simply knowing. Decisions that once felt complex or overwhelming become effortless.

The Two Most Influential Groups in Society

While my focus is currently on leaders, executives, and decision-makers, I have long reflected on the two most influential groups in society:

  1. Those in extreme disadvantage – individuals caught in cycles of poverty, institutionalization, and instability, whose struggles influence social policies and economic structures.

  2. Those at the top of influence and wealth – executives, policymakers, and industry leaders who directly shape economic systems, corporate culture, and global trends.

While my work is currently focused on the latter group, I envision a future where both ends of the spectrum can benefit from these tools, helping to create transformation on a societal level.

A Vision for Corporate Growth: Bringing Umana into the Workplace

Imagine a team-building day where your employees aren’t just engaging in the usual exercises, but instead, they’re learning Umana Technique©. Now, imagine what happens next. Instead of standard workshops, your team begins doing Umana swaps with each other—not just for a day, but as an ongoing practice. They integrate this powerful energy modality into their workplace culture, supporting and elevating one another on a whole new level.

The result?

  • Stronger relationships – A team that deeply connects, not just through words but through shared experiences of growth and transformation.

  • Enhanced collaboration – Colleagues supporting one another energetically, leading to more cohesion, empathy, and understanding in the workplace.

  • Unmatched personal and professional development – Employees growing individually and collectively, expanding their awareness, clarity, and problem-solving abilities.

  • A competitive edge – A team like this wouldn’t just function well—they would excel, outperforming others because they are operating from an entirely different level of intelligence, focus, and synergy.

This isn’t just about corporate growth—it’s about personal transformation too. Employees trained in Umana© can use it for their own development, their families, and their communities. Some may even go on to become practitioners, not necessarily as a career, but simply as a powerful skill set to support their own lives and those around them.

Spirituality as the Missing Link in Workplace Culture

As remote work and digital communication reshape how we interact, employees are experiencing an increasing sense of disconnection. Many professionals feel an unseen yearning for deeper meaning, growth, and a stronger sense of purpose in their careers. Could spiritual inclusion in the workplace—whether through energy work, retreats, or shared growth experiences—become the next evolution of workplace culture? Some companies are already integrating sound therapy, breathwork, and immersive retreats into their leadership programs. Is energy medicine the next step?

A Call to Leadership: The Time for This Conversation Is Now

Right now, my focus remains on working with leaders, executives, and business professionals—those who shape industries, manage teams, and influence the direction of our world. Many of these individuals are already investing in personal development, coaching, and high-performance strategies—but very few (if any) are actively working with advanced energy technologies. And that’s exactly where the conversation needs to start.

I believe the impact and results of this work at that level will be profound. If leaders begin operating from a space of expanded consciousness, greater clarity, and heightened energetic awareness, the ripple effect will be felt globally. This is where the most significant transformation can occur—not only for individuals but for the systems and structures that shape our world. And that is why I am dedicated to this path.

If this conversation resonates with you, let’s talk. The future of corporate growth could look very different—and we have the opportunity to shape it from a higher, more expansive vantage point.
