As I plan for 2025, I'm excited to step into a new phase of my work: circles, workshops, group teachings and more. Over the years, through my life experiences and participation in spiritual workshops and circles, I’ve observed a great deal about how these spaces operate—their strengths, their shortcomings and their immense potential. These observations have profoundly shaped how I envision creating spaces that are not only impactful but also truly supportive for those who step into them.
One of my deepest intentions is to create spaces where participants feel like they’re in a representation of the universe—surrounded by love, support and understanding. These workshops and circles will be designed to be soft landings for people navigating the ups and downs of life. I want the spaces I hold to be welcoming sanctuaries that feel safe, nurturing and uplifting.
Key Values That Will Define My Spaces
1. Kindness and Compassion
At the heart of every group will be the intention of kindness. These spaces will honour each individual’s journey, creating an environment where everyone feels seen, respected and cared for.
2. A Safe and Non-Judgmental Atmosphere
My goal is to create spaces where people feel comfortable to explore, share and grow without fear of judgment. Each participant should feel they can be themselves, fully and authentically and that their contributions are valued.
3. Professionalism and Integrity
It’s important to me that every detail of a workshop or group reflects the value of the experience. From preparation to facilitation, I’m committed to bringing integrity to every aspect of the process. This ensures that participants feel confident in the quality and purpose of the work being offered.
4. Encouragement and Mutual Respect
The groups I lead will foster mutual respect between participants and facilitators. No one is “above” anyone else in these spaces—we’re all here to learn and grow together. Encouragement and positivity will be woven into every interaction, ensuring everyone feels uplifted and supported.
Refining the Vision: What Spiritual Spaces Should Be
Over the years, I’ve seen both the incredible power of workshops and the ways they can fall short. I’ve noticed that, at times, those in positions of leadership have spoken down to others, creating a sense of hierarchy that undermines the group’s energy. I’ve observed spaces where tension or judgment has taken the place of support and encouragement, leaving participants feeling disconnected rather than empowered.
These experiences have clarified for me what is most important in holding space: compassion, understanding and an unwavering commitment to creating environments that lift people up. Those who are drawn to spiritual work often come from places of challenge or turbulence and they deserve a space where they feel safe to heal, grow and explore their path.
Workshops and Groups as True Sanctuaries
As I move forward with these plans, I’m holding onto a vision of workshops and groups that embody the best of what spiritual work can offer. These will be spaces that reflect the love and light of the universe—spaces where people can connect deeply with themselves and with others, feel supported and understood and leave with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.
The challenges I’ve observed and at times experienced, have been instrumental in helping me refine my vision. I am grateful for the clarity they’ve brought and I’m excited to create spaces that reflect the qualities I believe are so deeply needed in the world. These workshops will not only be places of learning but also sanctuaries of kindness, growth and connection—places where participants can truly feel the universe working in their favour.
Inspired by Great Teachers, Rooted in Love
I’ve been blessed to have three exceptionally wonderful spiritual teachers in my lifetime, each from different corners of the world and all absolutely beautiful. These experiences were in one-to-one settings, which made a significant difference—they felt deeply personal, empowering and tailored to my learning style. The way these teachers behaved, the way they supported and uplifted, was inspiring and transformative. It’s this feeling that I want to replicate in my group workshops—a sense of individual value within a shared space. My goal is to create environments where participants feel empowered and supported, never diminished or disengaged.
The Responsibility of Teaching: Inspiring Through Love
Teaching is an immense responsibility and the way we show up can either inspire someone along their path or make them question whether they belong on it at all. I’ve seen how harmful it can be when teaching is approached with ego or thoughtlessness and I’m committed to being a guide who uplifts through love. Even when someone is struggling or perceived as difficult, I believe it’s essential to check in with compassion, understanding that there’s always a reason behind their behaviour. Supporting people with care and respect, even on their hardest days, is how we create spaces where growth feels safe and meaningful.
If people are going to grow with me, I want them to grow through love—feeling valued, empowered and inspired to connect more deeply with their own path. That’s the foundation I want to bring into every workshop, group and circle I create.
Creating an Ongoing, Inclusive Community
One of the most important aspects of the work I’m planning for 2025 and beyond is the creation of an ongoing, inclusive community. Too often, I’ve seen spiritual spaces fall short in cultivating genuine connection. Hierarchies, nepotism and structures that resemble pyramid schemes have created environments that feel anything but supportive, leaving people feeling excluded or judged. This dynamic is deeply unsettling to me and I believe it undermines the very purpose of spiritual growth and connection.
My vision is to create communities where people can come together in a truly neutral and nurturing space—a place where love, support, and acceptance are at the forefront. These will be gatherings where everyone is equal, where there is no room for superiority or exclusion, and where participants feel they’ve found a soft landing from the demands of everyday life. I want these communities to be beautiful sanctuaries, infused with values that reflect the universe’s deepest truths: love, connection, and growth.
I’m inspired to build spaces that prioritize love as the ultimate goal, where the focus is on creating something meaningful and aligned with the beauty of what’s possible when people come together with shared intention. These communities will be more than workshops or one-off events—they will be ongoing spaces for connection, growth, and joy. Every step of the way, I plan to infuse these gatherings with love, ensuring that they reflect the universe’s expansive potential and offer everyone who steps into them a place to feel supported, valued and inspired. This vision isn’t just for 2025—it’s for a future of continued growth and shared beauty.
Neurodivergence in Spiritual Communities: A New Approach
Another key element shaping my vision for 2025 is the experience of being neurodivergent in predominantly neurotypical spiritual communities. Too often, I’ve observed that spiritual workshops and groups mirror the dynamics of neurotypical social circles—hierarchies, rigid teaching styles and structures that unintentionally alienate those of us with neurodivergent minds. For neurodivergent individuals, these environments can feel jarring, not just because of a lack of understanding around diverse needs, but because they often clash so profoundly with our value systems and sense of integrity.
It’s not just about accessibility; it’s about creating spaces that are clean, clear, and supportive of varying learning styles, needs, and ways of thinking. Spaces that truly honour the nuances of different types of people. These observations and experiences have given me clarity on how I want to create spaces that genuinely support and empower people across all neurotypes.
This is where I believe I can make a real difference. Coming from a neurodivergent mindset, I bring a perspective that’s often missing in the spiritual community—one that prioritizes deeper understanding, thoughtful design and inclusivity on every level. I want to create spaces that unlock entirely new opportunities for neurodivergent people to thrive in spiritual work, workshops and communities.
What excites me most is that these spaces won’t just benefit neurodivergent participants. Neurotypical individuals often have questions or needs they hesitate to express—questions and needs that neurodivergent people naturally ask or bring to the forefront. By creating environments where these dynamics are embraced, we can foster a deeper level of growth, connection and understanding for everyone.
This is more than just inclusion; it’s about transforming the way spiritual communities' function. It’s about building platforms where people of all neurotypes feel supported to grow through love, joy and connection. I believe this is the future of spiritual work, and I’m honoured to be part of bringing this vision to life. Together, we can create spaces that truly represent the beauty and diversity of the universe, allowing everyone to shine in their own unique way.
Looking Ahead to 2025 and Beyond
At the heart of my vision for 2025 and beyond is the belief that the most important thing a teacher, facilitator, or leader in workshops and groups can do is to inspire independence, empowerment and self-worth. Every participant should leave feeling important, valued and worthy—able to find and trust their own unique connection with the universe. No one should feel as though there’s someone standing in the way of that connection or positioning themselves as superior or more important. True leadership in spiritual spaces should dissolve ego, not amplify it and encourage everyone to see their immense value and potential.
This is what I want to bring to the spaces I create: environments where the focus is not on hierarchy, comparison, or control, but on inspiring growth, confidence and a sense of empowerment. Each individual is capable of incredible things and the role of a teacher is to uplift and guide, not to overshadow. What I’m seeing lately is so much ego-driven behaviour in spiritual communities and it’s deeply inspiring me to take a different path—one that fully supports this vision of love, equality and empowerment.
